In my last post, I said using the 3 R’s can help you take control of your attitude, and attitude is what makes the real difference in our health and overall sense of well-being.

But you’re not just a hypothetical example; you’re a real living human being. It’s time to get personal. Are you up for the challenge? Apply the 3 R’s to yourself now:

RECOGNIZE: What’s one negative thought that goes through your mind?

REFRAME: What options might you have for more positive thinking and actions?

RECLAIM your health, ease pain, and know that you are taking responsibility for YOU.
